Rockbrook Engineering supplied and commissioned a Building Management System for a Theatre in Dublin’s City Centre

The project was a refurbishment of an existing site, one of the most significant buildings in the European history and comprised of a main Theatre, Studio and School with Box Office & Bar facilities, Four studios and rehearsal spaces.

The Building Management System operates all HVAC services, including:

1. Building Heating systems, including Boilers and Trench Heating Circuits
2. Building Cooling systems, including Chillers and Air Handling Units
3. Studio Air Conditioning Units
4. Main Auditorium ventilation, cooling and heating
5. Back of house ventilation and heating
6. Control rooms ventilation, Temperature Controls
7. Domestic hot water services
